HOW IT WORKS

Fantasy boxing without the guesswork.

Draft a stable, manage the season, score real fights, and build a record your league can argue about all year.

THE RULEBOOK

Open the parts you need.

Drafting, scoring, fight weeks, belts, Call It, Tactics, leagues, deadlines — tap a section to open it.

Drafting Your Stable

Every league starts with a draft. Managers pick real professional fighters and build a stable that scores across the season.

  • Commissioners set roster size, league privacy, draft settings and scoring preferences.
  • Draft pools span boxing divisions so strategy is not tied to one weight class.
  • Champions, contenders and prospects all matter because the calendar decides where the value appears.
  • Draft live in one sitting, or run a Slow Draft — each manager gets 1, 12 or 24 hours per pick and the whole league drafts on its own schedule.
  • Returning leagues can Run It Back: same managers, a fresh draft, and up to two keepers each — a Face of the Stable and a Prospect — locked in before the new draft.
Managing Your Roster

The draft sets your base, but the season is won by managers who keep moving.

  • Trade fighters when your stable needs a different angle.
  • Claim free agents before the rest of the league notices a schedule shift.
  • Use commissioner tools for hardship rules, vetoes and league clean-up when real boxing gets messy.
Scoring

Default scoring rewards the things boxing fans already care about: wins, stoppages, belts, big fights and direct rivalries.

  • Win: +3 points.
  • KO victory: +1 bonus point. KO loss: -1 point.
  • Major belts: +1 per WBA, WBC, IBF or WBO belt at stake.
  • Star-rated fights: +1 per star. Head-to-head fights between rival managers score 2x.
Fight Weeks

Fight weeks are where the fantasy season comes alive. Your stable scores when your fighters compete in real bouts.

  • Ringside is your live room — follow every scored bout as it lands through the week.
  • Head-to-head weeks turn shared bouts into direct matchups with doubled stakes.
  • Public results keep the boxing record visible even for visitors who are not in a league yet.
Belts and Honours

Your season leaves a trail. Fantasy Fights is built so champions, callers and league moments can be remembered.

  • Cabinet trophies record league titles, badges and milestone achievements.
  • Global rankings give every caller a wider ladder to chase.
  • Record Book profiles track your career record, honours and season progress.
  • Seasons chain — finalise, Run It Back, and your league's history carries into the next season.
Call It

Call It is the weekly prediction game that anyone can try, even before joining a league.

  • Pick winners and methods for live fight weeks.
  • Build season points, streaks and public badges.
  • You'll find Call It in The Gym, alongside the fighter pool and mock draft.
Tactics

Tactics are once-a-season power moves that let managers swing a fight week when it matters most.

  • Play a Tactic like Double Down, The Finisher or Rocky Moment to boost the points on a single bout.
  • Each Tactic is single-use across the whole season, so timing is everything.
  • Your commissioner chooses which Tactics are in play. See all 13 Tactics →
Leagues

Leagues can be private with mates or public for fans who want a ready-made table.

  • Create a league, invite managers, set the draft and choose how strict the season should feel.
  • Join public leagues when you want to start faster.
  • Commissioners can tune rules so casual pools and hardcore head-to-head leagues both work.
Calendar and Deadlines

The calendar matters because boxing is not tidy. Fantasy Fights is designed around real fight timing.

  • Draft before your league season starts, then manage around the live boxing schedule.
  • Fight week picks and roster decisions should be made before the relevant bouts begin.
  • Ringside keeps the weekly rhythm visible so managers know what is open, active or settled.
  • In returning leagues, keeper selections close when the new draft starts.
